While I was walking down Adams & Wabash in Downtown Chicago, I couldn’t help but to stop and listen to this brilliant jazz clarinet player. He took my request to play a jazz piece, completely improvised. He gave me his card after I recorded him. His name is Kaliq Woods, and it turns out he’s one of Chicago’s best clarinetists.
